Refund Policy

PredictHub AI sells access to digital sports analysis, subscriptions, alerts and paid tip content. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds may be considered when there is a duplicate charge, accidental purchase, technical failure that prevents access, or a billing error confirmed by PredictHub AI or the payment provider.

Paid tips, picks, bundles and tipster content are digital products. Refunds are not granted because a prediction loses, odds move, a market closes, or a user disagrees with the outcome.

A refund may be reviewed if the paid tip was not delivered, was duplicated by system error, or was materially unavailable after payment confirmation.

Card and subscription payments are processed by Paddle. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Provider rules, fees, chargeback processes and settlement timing may apply.

Crypto transactions may be irreversible and can be affected by network fees, confirmations, volatility or partial payments outside PredictHub AI control.

Contact support@mypredictshub.com with your account email, payment reference, provider, plan or tip purchased, date and reason for the request.

We may ask for additional verification before changing access, cancelling a subscription or processing any refund.
